As a customer consultant at Viking, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed.As a customer consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance.
To accomplish this, you will work as a customer consultant in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible.
Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to phone inquiries from customers who need roadside assistanceWork in various systems to solve challenges as effectively as possibleAssist partners in the insurance and automotive industry with questions related to roadside assistanceQualificationsTo succeed in this role, we would like you to possess the following skills:Experience in customer service would be an advantageFluent in Norwegian, both spoken and writtenProficient in English, both spoken and writtenGood knowledge of data/technologyPersonal qualitiesIn terms of personal qualities, you are ideally someone who values good work ethics and has strong teamwork skills.
You excel in communication and are comfortable working both individually and in a team, as well as being at ease with data and the phone as work tools.
As a person, you are likely solution-oriented and approachable, both with customers and colleagues.
